Stephen J. Toth
Mr. Toth has been a professional wildlife biologist for over thirty five years specializing in the field of wildlife damage control both in the public and private sectors. Mr. Toth is a New Jersey certified Animal Control Officer and has served as an instructor in the New Jersey Health Departments ACO program at Kean University as well as the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife’s Conservation Officer Training Academy.
In addition to his undergraduate degree in biology, Mr. Toth received a Masters degree in management from Rutgers University. Steve has published numerous articles on wildlife control and client service in both technical journals and the popular media including The Journal of Wildlife Management, Wildlife Control Technology, New Jersey Outdoors, and Field and Stream.

Mike Schneider
Mike, a New Jersey native, has a diverse background in wildlife management and law enforcement that spans throughout the country.
He has worked for Montana’s Dept.of Fish and Wildlife as a fisheries specialist, Florida’s Nature Conservancy and New Jersey’s Div. of Fish and Game as a wildlife technician.
While an accomplished mountaineering guide and nature photographer, Mike has been on many expeditions with professional outfitters and National Geographic photographers. His experience has given him a first hand understanding of nature, wildlife and habitat.
A twenty-five year career in law enforcement in central Jersey offered Mike the opportunity to serve the public on and off duty. He has devoted ten years of volunteer service as Environmental Commissioner in his community and is active in a wide variety of outdoor sports.
Mike is a welcomed addition to our ADC and GT staff.

Joseph M. Penkala
Mr. Penkala has been a professional wildlife biologist for over thirty five years. During that period he worked for the New Jersey Division of Fish, Game and Wildlife conducting research and management activities concerning waterfowl, upland wildlife, and white tailed deer. Mr. Penkala has a B.S. Degree in Wildlife and Aquatic biology and a M.S. Degree in Wildlife Management. Joe has published numerous technical papers and popular articles dealing with a wide variety of wildlife and natural resource related topics. Mr. Penkala resides in Newton, New Jersey.
